Delivery & Packaging

All our products are mailed in eco-friendly alternative to standard polythene mailing bags. They are produced from sugar cane, the greenest material on the market. They are fully recyclable.

Inside the mailing bags is our branded keepsake box which is still fully recyclable if you so wish. And within the box our products are gently wrapped in tissue paper made from 99% recycled pulp.

Return & Exchange policy

We are more than confident you will love your Lunabare purchase. But deciding if you want something can be hard (can't it Libra?) So we offer a generous 15 day window to return. If received after, store credit will be issued subject to circumstances.

You will be responsible for shipping costs, and need to email support to initiate the return. Email enquiries@lunabare.com

Clothing products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process.
